# Introduction

Welcome to MerchVault!

This documentation assumes you have installed MerchVault on your IOS or Android device. If not please head over to our website [here](https://merchvault.app/) to find us on the App Store and Play Store.

We also strongly recommend you join our [Discord server](https://discord.gg/euPc7wFC) too to be kept up-to-date on changelogs, updates, announcements and known issues.

It's very important you read through our brief documentation in order to fully understand how MerchVault works to avoid any misunderstandings. Our application is super user-friendly and has been proven to be the fastest and most reliable service to get limited/signed items from your favourite artists and labels into your hands.
